You have the right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel or return your order within 7 working days of delivery. We would always prefer to have a chat first and we hope you are happy with any product purchased, we take great care and time to quality check all of our products, however if you would like to return a product to us it must be in a saleable condition and returned to us in its original packaging – we cannot accept tea which has been opened or tampered with unless it is found to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
Please note with all refunds and exchanges, return delivery charges are your responsibility and only if the item is found to be damaged or incorrect with these charges be refunded. Please keep proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
